The fast pace of the world today has come with its challenges. Anxiety is a normal part of people’s lives, thus necessitating alternative means of dealing with the problems. The need to be financially stable, have good health, maintain good relationships and have an existing social life has pushed people to the extreme. With such high expectations to be successful, anxiety and depressive disorders result in a decrease in people’s ability to deal with their realities which has drastic consequences on the society in general.
However, programs such as the Master Kit have been shown to exact changes in the users’ lives with respect to certain aspects, such as their financial and relationship goals. Using polygraph technology and emotion tests, the study conducted revealed a difference in the users. The transformations gradually changed from the beginning to the end of the Master Kit program. For instance, the emotion tension that users exhibited reduced to a low level at the end stage of the training program. At the onset of the study, results from the galvanic skin channel showed increased emotional tension, which eventually eased as the participants continued using the program.
Further, the study showed that the participants’ heartrates and breath control was recorded at a higher rate. However, after using the Master Kit program, the participants began exhibiting reduced heart rates and more controlled and free breaths. Thus, Master Kit training tool had a significant effect in the participant’s emotional tension and psychological states. The difference between the control group and participants that used the training tool is that the latter group exhibited changes at the end of their transformation. The reduced emotional tension and increased breath control meant that the participants were finding a better way of dealing with stressful situations. The Master Kit training tool is yet again proven to be a key component in today’s world of psychology. The training that participants undergo continues to prove that the process has assured results that are identifiable and can be backed by evidence. Further, the study proves the practicality of the training program as well as its effectiveness.
