How to transform a subconscious beliefs

Subconscious reprogramming means taking the conscious wishes and desires and putting them into the subconscious as the functioning program.  If you were able to do this, you would be functioning on the conscious wishes and desires at the subconscious level 95% of the time.  Imagine what you could do with new programs for the subconscious. 

The subconscious mind is the original mind, it can process 40 million bits of information from the environment every second.  This brain is very fast, very powerful and contains the programming our system runs on called subconscious beliefs.    This brain is very habitual, it is the keeper of habits, can only record your experiences and play them back, it runs us about 95% of each day and our lives, takes over when the conscious mind is busy, is in the now, and is only as good as the programs it is running on.

The conscious mind is the frontal cortex of the brain, it is an optional upgrade, gives rise to consciousness, it is yours,  processes about 40 bits of data from the outside environment, his capable of thought, creativity, generates our free will, can with focus run the parts of the body previously thought to be involuntary, is aware of about 5% of your behavior, can time travel to the future or the past and with a lot of will power it can temporary overpower the subconscious mind.   

Many people say just to think positive thoughts and eventually they will become the new subconscious program.  But that doesn’t always happen.  We have a smaller processor that is in control of less percentages of our daily activity is very hard to make win.  If the positive thinking is not over ruling or rewriting the program, then those thoughts do not manifest.  Positive thinking is a creative thought that comes from the conscious mind.  But you are generating these thoughts with the conscious brain that is comparatively speaking a small computer.  And these thoughts are competing with the programs of the subconscious mind that processes thousands of bits of information each second.  You are pitting the smaller machine against the larger machine that runs the show 95% of the day.  The chances of rewriting the program this way is very low.  So much to our dismay unless the subconscious mind has the same belief system as that positive though it will not work.  It will only make you feel good for the time that you are thinking that positive thought. 

There are 4 ways to reprogram the subconscious.

  1. Hypnosis –  get your self into a theta brainwave, the same brain wave we spent the first 7 years of our lives in.  In a state of super learning. And put new programs in while in producing this brain wave.
  2. Habituation – Will power.  Science says it takes 22 days of will power and habitation to create a new habit and belief.
  3. Emotional transference – enduring a state of stress until the emotion over rides the belief
  4. Belief Change modalities such as we see if energy psychology. 

Options 3 and 4 if used correctly can change a belief in as little  as 10-20 minutes.
