Summary of the study of Personal Motivational Activity When Using Master Kit

The author: R. G. Karimova, PhD of Biological Sciences, Professor, employee of Research Institute of Self-Regulation Possibilities.

The purpose of this study was to examine motivation when using Master Kit’s self-regulation techniques.  Heart rate variability (HRV) was recorded in 5-minute intervals.

Prior studies on motivation have shown that motivational activity is controlled by the excitement of subcortical centers.  Levels of the excitement can be found by measuring adrenal activity, which will then increase HRV or HRV can be measured with an electrocardiogram, which is much easier.  Heart rate will increase in response to emotional stress and workload.

Motivations effect on the HRV showed that they had permanently reduced levels of HRV during the performance of tasks. In highly motivational individuals the action or activity remains in their memory and the action is fixed.  The motive becomes “known”, as well as its components such as what is needed, goals, and how to achieve them.

Unmotivated groups showed lower HRV at the beginning and elevated HRV at the end of given tasks, lower imprinting of the action and lower ability to know the goal and all of its components.

The longer the goal goes unsatisfied, two things happen.  Either the motivation fades or a greater need emerges and has a greater knowing with all the components.

The research indicated higher motivational activity in the experienced users of Master Kit.  People who have been using Master Kit for a long time have a lower HRV than new users.  The study shows that users of Master Kit have a higher rate of achievement of intentions with the least amount of energy expenditure.
